The only thing you need to do is toss a couple of coins in the jukebox and let Dion and Little Richard start you on your journey back in time. Jonathan and his crew will take it from there, making you feel right at home. Get ready for belly -busting burgers, hot dogs, succulent freshly breaded seafood combo’s and our famous lightly battered, dill sprinkled, hand tossed, onion rings to munch on. Skooter’s is a great way to find out what your parents meant by the “Fabulous Fifties”. If you are tired of the same old, same old, come in for a healthy dose of fun filled breakfast, lunch or dinner. Whatever you want, be it a clam-scallop or Rock’n Roll it’s here. The food is fresh but the prices are old. Our burgers are the REAL DEAL, delicious and delectable. For starter’s, it’s fresh ground beef, optionally topped with grilled, caramelized sweet onions adding a family history some 50 years in the Burger business. Together, this equals the secret to a great burger. However to make it complete you need one more thing, the bun. It is all in the bread! That’s right, We’ve mastered that! Now that is “YUMMY”, I mean “Livin”. Come in and wet your whistle with a milkshake while have fun twirling on a stool watching Jonathan and the crew “serve um right up“! September 11th 2001 changed my life forever. After 19 years as a flight attendant, I decided it was time for a change. Thanks to my dearest mentor and friend, my dreams have come true. Actually, this all dates back to the year of 1952. My friend had a wish, too! Naif Makol, Jr. loved to eat his burgers when he was only knee high to a grasshopper, at which time, he asked his daddy if he would buy him a hamburger store. “Bah” astonishingly honored his son’s request, and the family was in Burger Business.
